Relais & Chateaux Heritage Hotel Madrid

I was captivated by the beautiful decor and attention to detail. The staff, elegantly polite, were really nice too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The location in the vibrant neighborhood of Salamanca was perfect, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The breakfast spread was delicious, although I wished for a bit more variety. Despite this minor drawback, I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. I was treated like royalty and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a really good experience.

Beautifully appointed, upgraded room, enjoyable stay, loved room design, slept well, excellent breakfast. Great value for quality in a major European city. Recommended for anyone traveling to Madrid. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and service. the room was beautifully designed with exclusive amenities including a Sun terrace and In-room breakfast that made us feel pampered. the service was exceptional, with staff being attentive to our needs and requests. We also loved the private facilities that gave us a sense of exclusivity.

We had a minor issue with the room being quite warm, even with the Solarium and Air conditioning, which was a slight discomfort. this was not a big issue as the staff quickly responded and resolved the problem.

The hotel is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood and close to the metro, making it convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel is perfect, and it is beautifully decorated with a well-managed private garden.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was near the upmarket shops and the metro station. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were very helpful and attentive, providing a warm welcome drink and even complimentary water and sherry in the room. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

One downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom, as the shower had a glass door visible to the rest of the room.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and cute, and we were actually surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby shops and attractions. The elegant lobby and bar area created a cozy and festive atmosphere for the holidays.
